College or above degree in management or language is better.
Over 1-year experience in HR in a multinational company.
Good English skill, especially in reading and writing; good at Microsoft Office.
Good communication skill.
Good team player, Self-motivated, with an ability both to work independently and as a part of team; good communication skill and work under pressure.
With HR qualification certification will be a plus.
Organise enterprise culture activities, enrich employee life, improve employee relations harmony degree, satisfaction, for the enterprise to create high performance;
Provides ER support and routine tasks, such as rewarding/warning letter, communication on investigation, disputes, complains.
Communicate with employees, the establishment of enterprise internal effective communication channels.
Maintain and manage HR records.
