职位描述及要求:
  • Qualification
    任职资格
    1.人力资源相关专业本科以上学历;
    2.具有2年以上招聘相关工作经验;
    3.具备招聘方面的专业知识,熟知招聘工作流程以及招聘渠道,熟悉国家关于劳动合同、人力资源管理方面的法律法规;
    4.具备良好的沟通交流能力;
    5.具有亲和力,能妥善安排应聘面试工作;
    6.工作认真、负责,善于学习。
    1. Bachelor degree or above, major in hr related;
    2. Have 2 years related working experience in recruiting;
    3. The recruitment of professional knowledge, be familiar with recruitment process and the recruitment channels, familiar with the national law on employment contracts, human resources management regulations;
    4. Have good communication ability;
    5. Has the affinity, can arrange to apply for a job interview;
    6. The work is earnest, responsible, good at learning.
    Responsibilities:
    职责:
    1.协助招聘主管完善招聘体系;
    2.根据企业战略目标、部门人才需求计划以及发展情况制定企业人才招聘计划;
    3.负责招聘信息的起草和招聘广告的发布工作;
    4.进行应聘人员的简历甄别、筛选、聘前测试、初试等相关工作;
    5.负责应聘人员资料库的建立和维护工作;
    6.负责办理人才录用的相关手续等工作;
    7.寻求与人才市场、招聘机构的合作,并与其保持良好的合作关系。
    8.上级安排的其他任务。
    1. Assist executive recruiter perfect recruitment system;
    2. According to enterprise strategic target, the department personnel demand plan and the development of enterprise recruitment plan;
    3. Responsible for the recruitment information to draft and advertisement published work;
    4. The candidate resume screening, screening, hired former test, first try and other related work;
    5. Responsible for the candidate database the establishment and maintenance of work;
    6. Responsible for talent acquisition of relevant formalities, etc;
    7. To seek the cooperation with talent market, recruitment agencies, and to maintain good relations of cooperation.
    8. Other task assigned by superior.
